New Testament Challenge

On January 10, 2010, we are launching a church-wide emphasis called The New Testament Challenge. We will read through the entire New Testament together across the 3 months from that date through Easter Sunday. You can do it in 20 minutes a day. Will you take the challenge with us? Click on the graphic above.

We will pack the church as Solomon’s Porch and our Sanctuary services are combined at 11:00 a.m. on Jan. 10. (We will have our 8:45 Sanctuary service.) At that time, all those present will receive a free journal to use during the Challenge along with the reading guide.
Come join us at 11:00 in the Sanctuary for the kickoff of this exciting new program.
Pray. Take the New Testament Challenge!

We have dedicated ourselves to being people who live generously. When we joined this family, we promised to give of our talents, our service, and our resources. We are determined to live and give generously so that others may know God's love through us. To this end, we choose to be proactive in our living and giving. A Life of Prayer
We are committed to being a praying church. Our prayer ministry helps us fulfill the mission that Jesus has given us. If you want to become part of our active prayer ministry, note that desire on the EMIM committment pamphlet and place it in the offering place or leave it with one of the secretaries in the office.
Prayer request boxes have been placed in our church and at the edge of the Prayer Garden near the office entrance on Valley Street. Fill out a card and place it in the box. All prayer requests are kept in strictest confidence by our intecessor prayer partners. You may also click here to send an email request to our online prayer group. Be aware that email is not the most secure means of communication. We caution you against sending personally sensitive requests by email.
